Meet the Experts
Daryl Banks is a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) with over 25 years of experience in geospatial services and land development, currently serving as a PSM at River City Surveying. With dual degrees in Nuclear and Radiological Engineering from the University of Florida and Computer and Information Systems from the University of North Florida, he brings a rare combination of technical and analytical expertise to the surveying and civil engineering industries. Daryl’s skill set includes ArcGIS, ArcMap, AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, ESRI software, geomatics, construction management, and road and civil engineering design. He has a strong track record of developing innovative solutions, managing large-scale infrastructure and construction projects, and creating custom applications to streamline workflows and enhance project accuracy.

PSM
Kevin is a dedicated Field Surveyor who grew up in Northeast Florida and has been surveying for over 23 years. He has excelled in land surveying, providing field services for title based clients for real estate transactions. He is friendly, hard working, and dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and reliable service.
Kevin has an extensive background in field management, survey techniques, equipment technician, and construction. He has done several major projects in NE Florida, including miles of new road construction. He has completed multiple bridge projects, new road construction, as-builts and specific types of construction style work.
Kevin began locally in1999. He has dedicated himself to the utmost standards of field surveying, always learning and growing with his peers and mentors. Kevin has gained a great relationship over the years with many well known dedicated licensed surveyors and has always strived to this standard of practice.
He is a loving family man with a wife, son, and daughter. He enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, and being outdoors.
