Meet the Experts
Tim is a life-long second generation surveyor who grew up in Central North Carolina working for his father from a young age. “Blackmon & Associates” based in Four Oaks, North Carolina provided engineering, environmental & survey work including authoring the “Tax Maps” in three counties from scratch back in the ’70s. Tim helped with much of that drafting work interfacing directly with the Clerks of Court and County Managers.
Having been self-employed for most of his 50 years in the business, Tim approaches surveying necessarily from a historic perspective and is a court-recognized expert witness and consultant in Florida Boundary & Easement Law.
Since his start in North Carolina, he has continued his career here in Florida having moved here in 1974 with his family, so is familiar and comfortable with both Sectionalized and Metes & Bounds Property Surveying. He is an avid fisherman and plays bluegrass and gospel banjo and guitar in his free time.
Tim lives by this mantra: “A problem is just something I haven’t looked at yet.”

Kevin is a dedicated Field Surveyor who grew up in NorthEast Florida and has been surveying for over 23 years. He has excelled in land surveying, providing field services for title based clients for real estate transactions. He is friendly, hard working, and dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and reliable service.
Kevin has an extensive background in field management, survey techniques, equipment technician, and construction. He has done several major projects in NE Florida, including miles of new road construction. He has completed multiple bridge projects, new road construction, as-builts and specific types of construction style work.
Kevin began locally in1999. He has dedicated himself to the utmost standards of field surveying, always learning and growing with his peers and mentors. Kevin has gained a great relationship over the years with many well known dedicated licensed surveyors and has always strived to this standard of practice.
He is a loving family man with a wife, son, and daughter. He enjoys listening to music, attending concerts, and being outdoors.
